- Demonstrated experience in a legal secretarial/administrative environment including the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software, arranging meetings and appointments, seminars/workshops and maintaining correspondence files
- Demonstrated ability in providing support services to a busy team and liaison with other teams
- Experience managing administrative projects and initiatives to prescribed timeframes
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work as a team player
- Desirable to have experience in the utility or energy sector
- Certificate level or higher in either administration, legal administration or similar is preferred
- Ability to apply a range of technology skills, including an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with SAP
- Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in dealing with highly sensitive issues and strictly confidential matters
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated understanding of office/administrative procedures including file management
