- Identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
- Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in mid-rise residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and contractors effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
