With a strong focus on data integrity, reporting and funding submissions, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliant and efficient regional training delivery.You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that spans from VIC to WA. The team prides itself on supporting one another, sharing tasks, and encouraging problem-solving and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Enter and review accredited course data, ensuring accuracy of student records, completions, and certification documentation
Manage enrolment-related processes, including quality assurance checks, trainer-to-delivery mapping, withdrawals, and invoicing
Prepare and submit accurate data and funding reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies
Set up courses in the learning management system and support trainers/managers with administrative requirements
Provide compliance support during audits and regular reporting cycles
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is:
Digitally savvy, with excellent computer skills and the ability to work confidently across multiple platforms, databases, and systems
Skilled in administration and high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Organised, able to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Solution-focused, proactive, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement
Ideally experienced with VETtrak (or a similar student management system)
