Mid-level roles will suit engineers with a strong technical foundation and a few years of experience, while lead roles will involve technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities.What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related discipline
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks and V&V best practices
Experience in tools such as DOORS, Cameo, JIRA, and MBSE platforms
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Previous Defence industry experience desirable.
