Proven success as an Area Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager in the Hospitality or travel industry or as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
Strong market knowledge of Hospitality in both the ACT & Southern NSW
Outstanding communication skills across both verbal and written disciplines
Strong business acumen with a driven and self-motivated personality
Ability to understand the importance of relationships and how to build new and maintain existing rapport with clients and candidates
Sales and results driven focus
About The Position
Maintain existing relationships and develop new business
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
Work across various sourcing programs to identify great candidates
Achieve individual sales activity and sales targets
Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience all the time
Manage the Agency to ensure key performance benchmarks are achieved
Development of a larger Canberra based team to service the ever growing hospitality industry

OTE $90K Package or Salary $65K + Super + Uncapped Commission + Tools of Trade (mobile/PC)
