Because of you… commercial operations will be enhanced by strong clinical support.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as the NSW Clinical Account Manager you will foster partnerships and provide clinical training and product support across various healthcare sectors, maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting sales team development. Key responsibilities include clinical education, sales opportunity development, and account management within designated market segments.Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, universities, distributors, and private practices
  • Offer clinical training and product support across designated territories
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in NSW
  • Focus on hand therapy, neuro, hospital, and distribution market segments
  • Lead clinical education and training initiatives, including certification courses
  • Drive business development through conference attendance and strategic account planning
Skills & Experience
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong clinical background
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field, such as physiotherapy or occupational therapy
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Allied Health or clinical practice
  • Background in Physiotherapy or related fields, highly regarded
  • Experience in developing and delivering clinical training programs, highly regarded
  • Proficiency in strategic account planning and business development, highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Australian Driver's License without restriction
