The hotel delivers a fantastic food and beverage product with Mobius Bar & Grill located on premise - a relaxed and flexible environment, serving in house and external guests.Job DescriptionReporting to the Revenue Manager, your responsibilities as a Reservations Manager will include:
  • Supervision, support and training of Reservations Team Members to ensure standards and procedures are observed to provide a consistent, high level of service for all guest contact.
  • Follow & communicate monthly objectives to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Handles all incoming reservations enquiries via telephone and emails in a timely manner, taking particular care to up-sell and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Inputs bookings in rooms to maximise back-to-back bookings and constant monitoring of room allotments and availability in the short and long term.
  • Understand PMS/GDS systems and any other online RES systems.
  • Coordinate group bookings at the Hotel, attempting to fulfil client requests and special needs where possible
  • Maintains records of special accounts and travel agency statistics, to provide Sales with accurate account statistics.
  • Problem solving systems issues and customer requests

  • Previous experience in Hotel Reservations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability and commitment to maintain confidentiality
