Large, Metal Fabrication Company, industry specialists in the Mining, Agriculture and Transport fabrication. Looking to bring in skilled Brake Press and CNC Laser Operators for an immediate start.This position is Based in Acacia Ridge, fulltime hours on the Afternoon Shift. Successful promotion to fulltime after 3 month continuous probation period.Specific Experience is not necessary, those with any experience particularly with Steel & Sheet metal are highly encouraged to apply.Environment & Remuneration:

Fast-paced production environment;
Casual Rate $37.99+ for Machine operators
Forklift Licence preferred (Required for CNC Laser positions)
Fulltime hours. Must be willing to commit to overtime when required.

Afternoon Roster * Monday - 3.30pm start - 2am finish

Tuesday - 3.30pm start - 2am finish
Wednesday - 3.30pm start - 2am finish
Thursday - 3.30pm - 12am finish

The Role/s:We are now looking for those with Metal fabrication, machine operation experience. CNC experience is highly regarded, however not neccessary for Brake Press positions, just similar type experience

Press Brake Operators
CNC Laser Machine Operators
Training initially completed on Dayshift, then transition to Afternoon shift

Your Duties:

Physical labour duties, working in a timely manner;
Operating plant machinery, loading and handling raw material
Lifting and moving metal materials
Loading raw material into machine
Operation of either Brake Press or CNC Laser

About you:

Metal workshop / Factory industry experience preferred.
Attitude and reliability goes a long way, everything else can be taught
Du to the nature of Clients we service, a Police Check and D&A pre-employment will be conducted prior to starting
