In this newly created full-time role, you’ll lead content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy to amplify our brand, recruit exceptional talent, and connect with participants and stakeholders across Victoria.What you’ll do:
Content creation – generate compelling content and campaigns for our website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email, Brevity, Bamboo, and beyond
Marketing strategy – execute campaigns supporting our Hearth Home Solution, Supported Independent Living (SIL), and employee value proposition
Social media management – own and drive our brand presence and engagement across platforms
Website oversight – maintain website content and SEO to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
Recruitment marketing – tell our story to attract Allied Health professionals, Support Workers, Relationship Managers, and Head Office roles
Event coordination – manage Hearth’s presence at public events, forums, and expos, amplifying our impact and reach
Stakeholder engagement – build relationships with external media and community partners to grow brand recognition
Performance tracking – analyse campaign performance and SEO data to continuously optimise our strategy
RequirementsAbout you:
Tertiary qualification in Media or Marketing
3-4 years’ experience as a self-starting marketer who is also hands-on with content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into meaningful content
Proficient with Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media scheduling/SEO tools (e.g. Meta Suite Ad Manager, Google Ads, WordPress)
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Relationship management skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
Passionate about working in the disability sector and contributing to meaningful outcomes
