Make it happen.If you’re an experienced payroll or HRIS professional who’s been thinking about stepping into consulting (or you’re already in consulting and ready to lead), this is your chance to own outcomes and drive delivery across varied consulting style engagements.In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our senior consulting team and our consultants. You’ll manage multiple priorities, lead client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across:

Payroll assurance and remediation
HRIS/payroll module implementation support
Business readiness and change activities
Post-implementation “clean-up” for projects that need a reset

What you’ll bring:

Strong payroll operations background (industry or consulting)
HRIS/payroll module experience. A good understanding both the tech and the people impacts
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing sight of quality
Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and building trust quickly
A solutions-focused mindset. You’ll own the outcome, not just the deliverable
