- Previous experience in Finance Administration
- Strong communication skills and confident, proactive approach
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and a collaborative team player
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounts systems
- Experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
- Manage full Accounts Receivable function including invoicing and reconciliations
- Proactively chase outstanding payments and resolve queries efficiently
- Accurately process cash allocations, receipting and banking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Deliver timely support for reporting and month-end processes
- Perform office administration duties as needed
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and wider accounts team
