Role requirements
  • Previous experience in Finance Administration
  • Strong communication skills and confident, proactive approach
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable, organised and a collaborative team player
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounts systems
  • Experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
Job responsibilities
  • Manage full Accounts Receivable function including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Proactively chase outstanding payments and resolve queries efficiently
  • Accurately process cash allocations, receipting and banking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Deliver timely support for reporting and month-end processes
  • Perform office administration duties as needed
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and wider accounts team
