- Maintain strong food safety and hygiene practices at all times
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative, seasonal menu items
- Mentor and guide junior chefs, encouraging professional growth
- Help ensure smooth communication and workflow during service
- You have relevant trade qualifications and experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel or similar environment
- You're confident in à la carte service and take pride in delivering high-quality dishes under pressure
- You understand and consistently apply food safety and hygiene standards
- You’re service-minded with great attention to detail and presentation
- Strong time management and the ability to stay organised in a busy kitchen come naturally to you
