- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles, attracting top talent across diverse business functions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and build proactive sourcing strategies
- Champion employer brand initiatives to position Australian Unity as an employer of choice.
- Design and implement leadership assessment frameworks for executive hiring, including psychometric tools and structured interviews.
- Oversee onboarding programs that drive engagement, productivity, and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals and workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture
- Influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve hiring and onboarding outcomes.
- Ensure recruitment practices meet compliance and ethical standards.
- Embed inclusive hiring practices and contribute to DEI goals through targeted sourcing and assessment strategies
- Utilise talent analytics to inform decision-making and measure recruitment effectiveness
- 5-7 years' experience in talent acquisition or HR, including 2-3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Proven success in corporate recruitment across multiple functions.
- Experience leading recruitment strategy in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience in executive hiring and leadership assessment methodologies.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement at C-suite level
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align talent strategy with business outcomes
- Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and onboarding technologies.
