- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Background in account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries. Exposure to working with medical specialists is a strong advantage
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Hobart region and quarterly to Melbourne.
- A current Australian Driver's License and reliable car
