This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of technically challenging projects and alongside industry leaders collaboratively delivering strong technical solutions for our clients.What will a day in this role look like:

Lead geotechnical design teams and design programs from options-analysis through to detailed design for local projects as well as those across the QLD and greater ANZ geographies.
Support internal and external clients across a broad range of engineering areas, namely general earthworks and pavements, foundations to structures, maritime piling, dredging and slope stabilisation as well as transportation infrastructure including bridges and embankments.
You will be part of growing our team and support and mentor our junior team members.
Working within a global, multi-disciplinary organisation, you will form part of our international technical practice group, having access to thought leaders across the globe.

Demonstrated experience in a Design Consultancy and strong technical capability
Relevant tertiary qualifications & CPEng / RPEQ (or working towards)
Experience with Gint, Plaxis, Wallop, Rocscience Suite or similar
Demonstrated experience managing projects and meeting delivery requirements
Business development skills and a passion for client service.
