This exciting opportunity will see you design, develop, evaluate, and deliver innovative, engaging, and tailored learning solutions that cater to various learning styles and preferences aligned to adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies across the Claims Division. In addition, you will:
  • Perform Training Needs Analysis’ to define, develop and maintain training programs.
  • Undertake competency assessments and recommend and implement learning and coaching solutions that ensure staff have the knowledge and skills required.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and expertise in the L&D field by participating in internal and external networking opportunities, training courses and other learning opportunities, to ensure best practice L&D solutions and services are delivered.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align learning initiatives accordingly.
  • Maintain knowledge of claims systems, processes, and procedures to ensure training materials are aligned, accurate and relevant.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences both in person and online.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles and training delivery methods.
  • Experience delivering learning and coaching solutions using a variety of mediums simultaneously that achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes within an adult learning environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, along with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Hold a current Cert IV in training and assessment qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience across general insurance or financial services would be highly advantageous, however not essential.
