- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, ensuring product solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and product presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and orders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- A strong technical background, ideally with experience with instrumentation or flow control equipment.
- Proven experience in sales within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. (Mining experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- The ability to understand and present complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client needs.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Competitive salary package estimated between $130000 and $150000 AUD, plus super and commission.
