Join our team today.The OpportunityAs our next Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.Based at the Iron Bridge open-cut mine site project, WA with a 8,7 - 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth, you will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you doIn this role, you will:

Plan and coordinate all weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner by prioritising resources, machinery and people.
Solve daily and weekly technical and resource logistical problems.
Ensure full statutory and safety compliance of all maintenance activities.
Identify resource and skill gaps for team members and develop strategies to close gaps.
Mentor, coach and roll out training and development plans

About You

Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or Auto Electrician
5+ years post trade experience
Demonstrated experience with large fleets of mobile mining machinery
Mine System Maintenance experience
General Computer Skills
Supervisor experience preferred
Mentoring and/or coaching experience preferred
Sound knowledge of planning and scheduling, plant availability and preventative maintenance processes
Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
