- Manage and report on litigated matters within the Woolworths Self Insurance portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with managers and senior leadership.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, including Woolworths and external legal providers.
- Analyse data to identify areas for enhancement.
- Participate in claims strategy reviews and actions to maximise outcomes for all.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly desirable
- Experience in managing litigated claims in Victoria
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
