This role involves coordinating with the Claims Management Team to ensure timely and effective management of litigated claims to facilitate a timely and positive resolution for all parties. The Litigation Specialist will collaborate with other litigation providers, medical providers, team members, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.What’s in it for you:

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and report on litigated matters within the Woolworths Self Insurance portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and senior leadership.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including Woolworths and external legal providers.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Participate in claims strategy reviews and actions to maximise outcomes for all.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing litigated claims in Victoria
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
