- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.
- A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to improve engagement/conversions.
- Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve performance goals and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for campaign optimisation.
- Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and effectively communicates the value proposition to the target audience.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within the allocated budget.
- Media Activation: Managing the collation of activation deliverables, including approved media plans and creative materials.
- Planning & Forecasting: Assist the Senior Digital Manager to create strategy proposals and media plans for clients.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid search advertising to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with Senior Digital Managers and clients to understand campaign objectives, provide regular updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Channel expert and advocate: Create case studies and award entries based on campaign results as appropriate.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns (text ads, PMax, DemandGen, etc), preferably in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Editor, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics or other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to draw actionable insights
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and experience working with pivot tables, ifs formulas, vlookup and more advanced functions.
- Experience in managing mid/large scale accounts & budgets ($200k - $500k+).
- Google / Bing Ads certification(s)
- SQL
- SA360
- Interest and experience working in e-commerce.
- Knowledge/hands on experience with other paid media channels such as paid social, YouTube and programmatic.
