Be a Leader in a fast-paced, high-performing team.Perth Region Field Services are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduling Team Leader to join our Service Delivery team.Based in Canning Vale, this is a full-time employment opportunity where you will be providing leadership and support to the scheduling team to ensure we maintain a high level of service for our customers through optimised planning, coordination, and dispatch of work.In this fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in providing hands on support and leadership to your high performing team of schedulers. benefits we offer to support the unique and individual ways our employees live.A positive impact you will make in boosting our overall performance.· Lead the daily operations of the Scheduling Team to schedule customer driven work based on both resource skills and availability and meeting performance KPIs.· Update, create and implement new workflows and processes for the Scheduling Team to optimise the delivery of our services.· Lead, mentor and support the schedulers to foster a high performing team who deliver exceptional customer service and deliver on their functional KPIs.· Track and monitor scheduling performance against key performance indicators. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the scheduling team.· Actively engage and communicate on scheduling matters with key stakeholders across the business in a timely and solutions focussed manner.We want someone with strong values and attributes.Having previous experience in scheduling and developing scheduling tools and systems in a customer focussed environment will be fundamental to this role.Don't have Frontline Management certification? Not a problem.If you can demonstrate experience in leading a team to meet best service delivery outcomes for clients and have proven experience in mentoring and developing workers to achieve high standards, we can support you to be certified in Frontline Management.We also offer training in SAP and Maximo management systems.You will be the driver of representing a high paced customer service environment in a positive manner.Excited about being an inspirational leader?
