We are a medium sized Residential Formwork company looking for a patient, flexible, safety conscious, approachable, carpentry MVP to join our business as we continue to grow.About the roleThis opportunity is suited to a level-headed Formworker who has experience leading small teams while still being on the tools. Reporting to our Projects Director, you will lead a team of exceptional carpenters & apprentices who are great at what they do & always wanting to learn more. You will be the direct point of contact between builder's foreman & Wardle Constructions in-office team - day to day overseeing that on-site projects run smoothly & efficiently.What are the role responsibilities?

Read architectural and structural drawings
Lead & delegate to a small team
Coordinate with Builders/Foreman
Hands on installing & dismantling formwork (including off form)
Determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures
Order and select timbers and materials, prepare layouts
Mentor, coach and support apprentices and skilled labourers
