We are delighted to offer this exciting new opportunity for a super star to join our team.About the Role:We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Artarmon Mercedes-Benz team on a full-time basis.Responsibilities:
  • Meet, greet and assist customers in a warm friendly welcoming manner
  • Determine customers’ servicing requirements
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
  • Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
  • Exceeding manufacturers Customer Satisfaction requirements
Requirements for the role:
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • A good command of the English language
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
  • Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Have a professional attitude and be well organised
  • Current Australian or International drivers licence
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrate care and attention to detail
