This is a unique opportunity to influence the firm’s direction, mentor a small high-performing team, and manage a broad, established portfolio of business clients.In this role, you will:

Currently operating in a Manager or Senior Manager role within a larger public practice or similar role, you are looking for greater autonomy, responsibility, faster progression and the opportunity to directly impact strategy and growth.You are a confident communicator, a passionate leader and focused on delivering high-quality client outcomes.You will bring:

CA or CPA qualification.
Demonstrated experience managing a team and client portfolio.
Strong technical expertise in taxation, accounting, and business advisory.
A continual development mindset and interest in business growth.
A genuine interest in playing an integral role in your staff’s development.
