
Guest Service Agent

- Deliver exceptional guest service, including personalised greetings, efficient check-in/out processes, and handling queries and requests promptly.
- Manage guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements.
- Ensure the Front Office is well-stocked and operate in compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest needs and special requests.
- Assist with concierge duties, providing local information and recommendations.
- Participate in regular training to enhance guest service skills and contribute to administrative tasks as required.
- Relevant hospitality experience, preferably in hotels, with knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Highly responsible and reliable with problem-solving skills
