- Develop and execute annual operational plans across all areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Undertake data-driven research and provide timely, high-quality reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver care services that exceed expectations, while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of a robust Aged Care business plan that aligns with organisations strategic goals.
- Build and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining the organisations reputation as a professional and values-driven organisation.
- Ensure strict compliance with My Aged Care Portal requirements and mandatory reporting obligations.
- Prepare board operational reports, contribute to monthly updates, and support departmental reporting, grant submissions, and tender proposals.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance to identify variances, recommending corrective actions where needed.
- Assist in increasing revenue in line with high-quality service delivery and business sustainability objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver operational strategies within budget and prescribed deadlines.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to confidently represent the organisation to external audiences.
- Exceptional project management, research, and reporting skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.
- Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to build trust and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
- Current WA Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in the aged care, disability, or community services sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- An understanding of dementia or prior experience working in a care-oriented setting.
