This position provides mechanical maintenance of equipment on customer and BOC sites with a focus on medical, industrial, food, scientific and hospitality industries
In addition, you will be responsible for the installation and removal of equipment as well as calibration and testing of gas analyzers at customer and BOC sites
Technical support and troubleshooting of equipment plus refurbishment of Cryogenic and Gas vessels is part of this role
You will conduct audits and inspections of equipment in line with codes and standards
Furthermore, you will be completing planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required.
Communicating with customers face to face and over the phone
Working closely with local project management and sales team
Driving long distances as required

What makes you great

You possess trade qualifications within the Mechanical or Instrumentation field or have demonstrated relevant experience.
Furthermore, you have demonstrated customer service experience in the industrial space and troubleshoot or fault-finding experience within a gas related field
Experience with industrial gas system maintenance and an ability to run medical and industrial gas pipelines
Your excellent communication skills, means you build great customer relationships
Availability for regular travel and you hold an unrestricted driving license
You hold a white card or equivalent general construction induction, restricted Electrical Work License (REWL) Class 1 or 2, Gas-fitting (Natural gas / LPG) license and a Forklift license - desirable
Maintenance or project installation, Refrigeration or Instrumentation experience - highly advantageous
