Senior Family Lawyer - 5+ Years PAE | Hybrid | Eastern SuburbsA long-standing full service boutique law firm is seeking an experienced family lawyer to join its family law team. You'll work with Accredited Specialists in a professional but relaxed environment that encourages practical thinking, respect, and genuine work-life balance. This is a full-time role with 3 days in-office and 2 from home, based at one of the firm's Eastern Melbourne offices.About the FirmThe firm has a strong reputation in family law, with deep ties to the local community and a consistent client base built over decades. Their focus is on achieving clear, fair outcomes, but with litigation experience when needed. The team is supportive, steady, and known for its respectful and collaborative working style.About the RoleYou'll work across a range of complex family law matters, including:
Property and financial settlements
Parenting and relocation disputes
Binding Financial Agreements and superannuation issues
Spousal maintenance, child support, and intervention orders
You'll manage your own files and work closely with senior practitioners, including Accredited Family Law Specialists.About You
Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience in family law
Confident handling complex property and parenting matters
Strong drafting, client management, and negotiation skills
Able to work independently but value team support and guidance
Looking for a long-term role in a stable, respectful workplace
