- Experience in dealing a minimum of two major table games (this will be assessed during the interview process)
- Minimum 12 months prior experience working as a Table Games Dealer
- Availability to work Full-Time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- A strong sense of integrity and the ability to thrive in a compliance-driven environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Immaculate grooming standards and a professional approach to working with VIP clientele
- Must hold Australian/NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
