About the role:As the Startup Program Officer (Co-Lab), you'll coordinate and support the successful delivery of ACU's Startup Pre-accelerator Program, which is funded by the LaunchVic University Pre-Accelerator Program Grant. Delivered in partnership with an external delivery partner, the program equips early-stage startup founders from the ACU community with mentoring, skills and networks. The role focuses on internal promotion, participant recruitment and onboarding, liaison with delivery partners, program logistics, and event management.   • Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
