What you will be required to do:We are looking for an ongoing admin assistant with previous experience using SAP/Ariba and experience in purchasing. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented with a background in SAP or a similar system, like MYOB, and can effectively respond to customer inquiries and manage invoicing processes.Responsibilities include:
Execute administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism.
Manage invoicing processes promptly.
Work within SAP/Ariba for purchasing and transport allocation seamlessness
Answer phone inquiries and carry out general administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role you will:
Previous experience working with SAP/Ariba or MYOB for purchasing and transport allocation
A proven track record in an administrative and customer service role
Excellent communication skills
