Prioritise production employees by providing appropriate uniforms and PPE at shift start and breaks, requiring supervisor approval for any extras.
Collaborate with Tutors to assist New Starters when needed.
Align tasks and break times with department schedules, supporting area preparation for the next shift.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all facility areas.
Assist in laundry duties and undertake additional tasks as requested by department leaders.
