-We are seeking to establish a pool of Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. This is an opportunity to join a high performing and well-resourced teaching team that adopts a collegial and supportive approach.Within the HASS learning area delivery of the Year 7 - 10 curriculum is complimented by Literacy Support and Academic Extension programs and Year 10 electives including Psychology. In Senior Secondary a broad range of course offerings include ATAR Economics, Modern History, Geography and Psychology and General Psychology, Careers and Employability and Business Management and Enterprise. In addition students are offered the opportunity to engage in Certificate II Community Services.To be successful in this role you should display the necessary knowledge, skills and understanding to deliver and assess the Western Australian Year 7 - 10 HASS curriculum in conjunction with Senior Secondary courses. Suitable applicants should have highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including students, staff and community members. You should engage in reflective practice and should be committed to whole-school pedagogical approaches.
