  • Level 4 - $73,230 to $79,494 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
  • Wagga Wagga (on-site)
As a Farm Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic farm enterprise, helping to maintain and develop a productive, safe, and visually appealing rural environment. You'll work closely with the Cropping Systems Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, while also engaging with students, academics, and external partners to promote the farm as a centre of excellence.About you
  • A proactive, hands-on team player with a passion for agriculture and education
  • Experience in farm operations, machinery use, and livestock handling
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
  • Class C Driver's Licence (MR or higher preferred)
