Live in or near Newcastle NSW including surrounding suburbs Bar Beach, Carrington, Cooks Hill, Hamilton, Islington, Maryville, Merewether, The Hill, The Junction, Mayfield, Lambton, Maryland, Fletcher, New Lambton, Adamstown or Kotara
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

Permanent Contract hours:

Entry Level - 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Experienced Carers - 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You'll Be Doing:

Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role - this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
