Manager Defence Industry Development (Level 7)
The Director Defence Industry Development (L8) is responsible for leading the team to grow the State’s defence industry through business development and implementation of related policy.The Manager Defence Industry Development (L7) is responsible for the management of activities within State defence industry development and related policy.About YouYou are a strategic and results-oriented professional with a strong commitment to growing Western Australia’s defence industry. Essential Criteria – L7: * You have demonstrated experience in managing complex economic development projects to advance the Western Australian defence sector.
You have demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve expected outcomes.
You have demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills in complex environments, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
You have demonstrated knowledge of current and future defence programs and procurement processes.
You have demonstrated understanding of commercial business, with the ability to facilitate business-to-business growth.
