- Provide support to Executive General Manager National Sales and Partnership.
- Develop growth strategies and plans with National Sales team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiative.
- Creation and management of cooperative marketing campaigns with key trade partners, alongside the Trade Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and drive sales of all brands.
- Understand Australian travel industry trends.
- Writing business proposals and project briefs to continuously improve Sales optimisation and opportunities.
- Respond to market factors by devising and executing tactical campaigns to drive demand in periods of need.
- Create and manage annual sales budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Represent Journey Beyond and host key partners at conferences and Events.
