
Responsible Investments Manager - Climate Change

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Finance, Engineering, Data Science); postgraduate qualifications (Masters/PhD) highly regarded.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in climate-related financial analysis, scenario modelling (e.g., DCF, stress testing), emissions data validation, and sustainability reporting within superannuation, institutional investment, or asset management.
- Experience in GHG emissions accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3) using recognised standards (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064), and tracking net-zero targets, energy efficiency, and renewable energy metrics.
- Proven ability to apply ESG frameworks (e.g., AASB S1/S2, ISSB, TCFD, CSRD, SBTi), conduct climate stress testing, and meet reporting and assurance requirements.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Excel (Advanced), Tableau or Power BI, and experience with ESG platforms (e.g., SASB Navigator, MSCI ESG Manager, GRESB).
- Familiarity with climate risk tools (e.g., PACTA, XDI) and geospatial data for portfolio risk assessment.
- CapEx/OpEx forecasting, ROI modelling for climate-related investments, and integration of sustainability data into enterprise systems and governance frameworks.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging with senior stakeholders on climate strategy and reporting.
- Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills; detail-oriented with a proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
