- Support Pacific Zone business growth through optimized service levels, inventory, and profitability
- Drive improvements in Supply Planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Develop replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment
- Represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts
- Support customer projects, promotions, and new product launches
- Tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
- APICS or similar industry certification
- Master’s degree or Engineering background preferred
- 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain within large, complex organizations
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
- ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments
