Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the role delivers expert consultancy services to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and service delivery goals.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver client-focused facilities advice to schools, regional offices, and community centres
  • Provide high-level guidance on planning, investment, and asset lifecycle management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare reports, ministerial briefings, and operational documentation
  • Monitor capital works and maintenance projects against scope, budget, and quality benchmarks
  • Conduct audits and contribute to continuous improvement of asset governance
  • Support professional development initiatives for regional staff
  • Apply standardised business practices and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning
