Call A Cooler is a leading national provider of clean, filtered water to businesses of all types. Having grown over 25% in the last 2 years their products are being well received, backed up by their excellent service team. Water industry experience is not required as full product training is provided.With exciting new products hitting the Australian market for the first time, Call A Cooler are expanding their Perth Team. We are looking for a driven individual who enjoys the in-person approach to selling and thrives in an autonomous environment.An ability to build a strong rapport with customers and staff alike, is imperative.Reporting to the sales manager based on Sydney, you will be responsible for:
  • Learning the ropes and achieving personal sales targets in a face-to-face business sales environment
  • Implementing procedures that have been introduced and pre-approved by management
  • Ensuring higher efficiency, better service and thus improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Managing and reporting on weekly and monthly performance
  • Working closely with the local Perth service manager and team
Requirements:
  • Successful previous experience as a sales rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence; credibly and effectively
  • Proven ability to complete the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense
  • Effective time management, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service focus
Salary and Incentives:
  • Base salary $80,000 + Super + Bonuses. OTE $105,000
  • Structured quarterly bonus based on performance and results
