The Senior Finance Analyst will act as a true business partner, providing insight, analysis, and strategic input to drive performance and support decision-making.Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across all venues
Provide financial reporting and performance analysis for the wider business
Support funding and compliance reporting requirements
Assist with investment analysis and business case modelling
Work closely with internal teams to streamline and improve reporting processes
Contribute to monthly board reports and business planning
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to support commercial decision-making
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
Support the month-end close process and assist with financial analysis as required
Skills and Experience
CA/CPA qualified with 4-6+ years' experience in commercial finance or FP&A
Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
Retail, FMCG, or multi-site experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating autonomously
