• Previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with Health and Aged Care cookery is a MUST
• A minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• HACCP standards and certification, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
• Possess outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Genuine care for the people you are cooking for
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Must have up-to-date Covid Vaccinations
• Aged Care Chefs: Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccination and able to provide evidence of this (Or willing to obtain immediately)
