NM TAFE prefers lecturers to hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or TAE40110, along with the additional skill sets outlined in Schedule 1, Item 2 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.Applicants who have yet to obtain the required VET credentials are still welcome to apply. However, successful candidates will need to be enrolled in and actively progressing through an approved training and assessment qualification—either the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma from the TAE Training Package.
