
Food & Beverage Duty Manager

- Rostering to ensure coverage is maintained at all time - this includes supporting the team to find coverage during times of illness
- Being an integral part of service - there are times when you will be the only person on shift and it's a requirement that you are a 'hands-on' professional.
- Ownership of guest experience in the restaurant
- Ordering and Stock Control - You will have responsibility of all ordering and inventory for the restaurant and liaising with the Executive Chef and Sales and Marketing for conferences and events
- Reporting responsibilities - this includes daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Ensuring the team are trained as F&B superstars and are also growing and learning new skills for their own development
- Recruitment for the team as required with the assistance of the Talent and Culture Manager
- Previous supervisory experience is a must

- Great stakeholder management and the desire to collaborate with both the Kitchen and Sales and Marketing to uncover excellence.
- Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays. You will be required to work your share of weekends and it's all hands on deck when the hotel is full!

- Handle any escalated guest complaints to a guest focussed solution.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
