We are seeking skilled and experienced Concreters for full-time roles within a busy precast manufacturing yard in the Brisbane area. This facility has a solid pipeline of projects and is well-known for producing high-quality precast elements used across large-scale construction and infrastructure developments.You’ll play a key role in ensuring concrete is poured, finished, and cured to the highest standard — contributing to structural elements that support critical projects.Your Role

Preparing moulds and surfaces for concrete pouring
Pouring, spreading, screeding, and finishing concrete
Monitoring curing process and ensuring quality standards are met
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and moulds

What We’re Looking For

Previous concreting experience, ideally within a precast or civil environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Physically fit and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

WHS White Card
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Previous experience working with precast concrete highly regarded

What’s In It For You!

Daily Travel Allowance – $32/day
Paid 7.2 ordinary hours/day + 0.80 RDO accrued daily
Weekly Redundancy Contributions: BERT $62, BEWT $7, CIPQ $22.50
Overtime paid at double time
Full-time hours
