As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting an internationally recognised brand across your designated region. You'll manage the full sales cycle and support customers with technical knowledge and product demonstrations.This is a hands-on, autonomous role that will suit a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering solutions, and achieving results.Key Responsibilities
- Grow market share by identifying new business opportunities and securing new customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, and service partners.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to delivery and aftersales support.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared sales goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and represent the brand at trade shows and field days.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Use CRM systems to record and report sales activity accurately and on time.
- Travel regularly throughout the region (approx. 40% of the time).
- Experience in machinery, capital equipment, or agricultural sales.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to sales growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence using digital tools, CRM systems, and smart farming technology.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
- Represent a globally respected brand with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Work autonomously with strong support from the National Sales Manager.
