Our client is a leading electrical services provider known for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and construction sectors. With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and excellence, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects from inception to completion.Your MissionReporting to the Electrical Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Electricians and Electrical Apprentices to plan, organise, and deliver electrical projects to successful completion—on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical projects, including planning, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure timely completion. Review designs for constructability, oversee project handovers, and conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.
Client & Team Engagement:
Build strong client relationships through professional communication and service delivery. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring alignment with safety standards, quality expectations, and authorised scopes of work. Promote a positive team culture and collaborate with People & Culture on performance and development.
Operational Excellence:
Continuously review and improve operating processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and promote innovation across project delivery. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, drive safety awareness, and manage project close-out activities including final documentation and client handover.Experience & Qualifications
  • Relevant experience/qualifications in Electrical Project Management; or
  • 3+ years demonstrated electrical experience as a qualified tradesperson (construction and commercial sectors preferred).
  • PMP Certification (highly desirable).
  • Experience using job tracking software (e.g., SimPRO).
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical industry standards and safe work practices
