- Undertake high-quality research of international standing, work towards securing external competitive and other funding, publish research findings and contribute to the successful supervision of research higher degree students.
- Undertake scholarly undergraduate (and where required, postgraduate) coursework teaching of a high quality.
- Contribute to curriculum and assessment development, and unit coordination in undergraduate and Honours (and postgraduate where required) course offerings, for both face-to-face and online models of learning and teaching.
- A PhD or equivalent in a relevant field of Psychology and Undergraduate training in Psychology, such as a Bachelor degree.
- A good record of research that has achieved international recognition and made worthwhile contributions to the field of psychology demonstrated by a record of quality publications, presentations at conferences and preferably success in securing external competitive and other funding.
- Demonstrated experience in university-level Psychology teaching and learning
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative approaches to teaching and learning, including blended and online educational approaches.
