Ampcontrol has been named one of Australia's Most Innovative Companies for 2023 by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) for its advanced Australian manufacturing of energy solutions.We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Coordinator to cover a 12-month maternity contract. This role provides support and coordination of marketing and communication services to all relevant operations and stakeholders across the Ampcontrol Group, aligned with company vision, purpose and strategic direction.What you will do
  • Provide effective marketing and communication management, identifying opportunities and providing access to solutions with a focus on continuous improvement and value to the business.
  • Provide specialist marketing and communication advice, direction, and execution.
  • Develop, manage, implement, and optimise marketing and communication plans that support overall company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure all Marketing & Communications Team members under their direct and indirect management, work effectively to support the business goals and narrative.
What are we looking for from you?
  • 2-5 years' experience/background in marketing and communications
  • Demonstrated application of marketing and communication initiatives, projects, and tasks
  • Highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and email marketing
  • Knowledge of and capacity to create digital media content across contemporary digital platforms, including video, animations, and static adverts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
